UltraSPECT is a leading provider of Nuclear Medicine
image reconstruction products for enhancing the
performance of NM gamma cameras.
Based on proprietary, innovative
reconstruction algorithms
technology, Wide-Beam
Reconstruction (WBRTM), the
Company's imaging solutions
shorten acquisition times, enable
reduced radiopharmaceutical doses, and
increase image resolution. UltraSPECT products include the Xpress.CardiacTM, the Xpress3.CardiacTM, and the Xpress/Xact.BoneTM.
Xpress.Cardiac can cut cardiac image acquisition times by one-half, or alternatively, cut the radiopharmaceutical dose to one-half. The Xpress3.Cardiac reduces cardiac scan times to merely 3 minutes for Stress and to less than 5 minutes for Rest; it also enables reduced-dose protocols at shorter scan times.  Xpress/Xact.Bone can either cut bone imaging acquisition times by half, or double the image resolution. None of these enhancements compromise image quality—in fact, image quality is improved in all applications. In the USA, UltraSPECT products are distributed nationwide by Cardinal Health.
